This was our second stay at the Windmill and we had a great time again. It is so amazingly well provided and comfortable and Tim and Janet are excellent hosts. We went to Cromer and Blickling and had a lovely afternoon tea at Biddys in Aylsham. It's a great area to explore.

My friends and I had a very enjoyable short stay at Aylsham Windmill recently. The owners, Tim and Janet, were very welcoming and helpful. The welcome pack they provided was above & beyond what was expected and was thoroughly enjoyed by us. The accommodation is comfortable and quite spacious, even with five of us staying. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We didn’t have time to visit much of the surrounding area, but would recommend Blinkling Hall which is a comfortable walk away. We also visited Cromer for a breath of sea air a browse round the many independent shops. Would definitely recommend this special location.

"A wonderful stay
A lovely welcome was received from Janet and Tim and the additional treats (coffee, prosecco, chocolate and cake) was a nice surprise. We stayed for 3 nights in their cosy windmill, where we were able to easily the visit the coast and Norwich. Supermarket with easy reach and Aylsham centre was walkable. A number of independent shops and cafés. A lovely stay, would highly recommend."

Amazing rental property.
We had the most amazing time in the windmill, we have never stayed anywhere that is so well equipped, there was everything needed and more.
The windmill was comfortable, clean and in an amazing location.
We would definitely recommend staying here and if we ever visit Norfolk again, we will be booking here.

"An Excellent stay in an excellent location.
The accommodation is first rate, with everything you need. The hosts were friendly, helpful and charming and there was a lovely range of welcome treats for our arrival. The windmill is an easy walk of the town centre where there are a range of shops, restaurants & pubs. I would highly recommend this very unique and comfortable home."

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Wonderful Windmill. Janet and Tim are excellent hosts – super friendly and helpful. The windmill is very well appointed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The welcome gifts were a lovely surprise. We strolled in to Aylsham and found plenty of shops and a good selection of pubs and restaurants. All in all a great weekend was had by all. We will be back I’m sure."

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Great place for new year break. We had a wonderful stay here with friends over the new year and would highly recommend the beautiful windmill for a break. The village is lovely and only a 10 minute walk away. The black boy pub/hotel was the perfect place for our New Year’s Eve meal."

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Perfect winter stay. We had three nights at the lovely windmill and we didn’t want to leave. It was cosy and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to some great cozy pubs. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful."
